Optus, YES to Romano Factor


The Romano Factor is proud to announce its engagement with Optus Retail.

Optus have a commitment to ensuring an outstanding customer experience in all Optus retail outlets. The Romano Factor is working with the Optus team nationwide to further educate all Optus retail staff in the art of influence and being a value adding professional.

The Precision Selling program tailored for Optus retail is designed to promote a shift in thinking from transactional based customer and sales and service to a value adding proposition. 

This is a particularly exiting project for the Romano Factor due to the alignment in Optus’ values and the methodologies and principles of the Precision Selling program.

 

 


 
 

We are looking forward to working with the entire Optus retail team of over 250 people over the next 6 months across Australia.
